L’édifice se compose de deux réservoirs d’eau reliés par un tronc placé latéralement pour ainsi former non seulement un bâtiment très fonctionnel, mais aussi un repère paysager remarquable.

The shape of the tower is formed by two water basins linked together by a lateral stem. In this way, we create a very functional building being also a remarkable landmark.
