Le concept urbanistique a consisté à donner une présence au bâtiment dans la ville, à le rattacher à la géométrie urbaine en l’accordant à l’alignement de la rue, à mettre en valeur des zones vertes et à tirer profit du grand terrain pour créer l’ouverture du bâtiment vers l’extérieur.

The urban concept consisted in giving a presence to the building in the city, in attaching it to the urban geometry by matching it to the alignment of the street, to highlight green areas and to take advantage of the large plot to open the building to the outside.
