Le bâtiment historique sert à la municipalité de Schengen comme lieu d'accueil et de manifestation. Visuellement, le bâtiment a été placé sur un nouveau socle, à partir duquel une extension avec escalier et ascenseur a été développée, recouvert d'un crépi. Cette annexe permet l'utilisation optimale de l'ancien bâtiment. Au fil des années, glycines et lierre lui donneront au fil des années une allure bucolique.
The historic building serves the Schengen municipality as a reception and manifestation site for different occasions. Optically, the building was placed on a new socle, from which an extension with stairs and a lift was created, covered with a roughcast. This annex allows today the optimal use of the old building. Over the years, wisteria and ivy will give it a bucolic look.
