La peau d’acier entourant la structure en béton de la tour rappelle le patrimoine indus- triel luxembourgeois. Adossé à une délicate dentelle aux ajourés et aux vides irréguliers, il apparaît très dynamique. Vers le haut, il perd légèrement en intensité et en densité. Du fait de la « dématérialisation », un dia- logue en constante évolution entre la tour et son environnement se crée en fonction des conditions météorologiques et d’éclairage. The structure is reminiscent of the central tower of a castle and can be read in the land- scape from a long distance. The steel skin surrounding the concrete structure of the tower is reminiscent of Luxembourg’s indus- trial heritage. Leaning against a delicate lace fabric with openwork and irregular voids, it appears very dynamic. Towards the top it loses slightly in intensity and density. Due to the “dematerialization”, a constantly changing dialogue between the tower and its surroundings is created depending on the weather and lighting conditions. The basis of the project is a wood-concrete structure that is highly sustainable. The building is composed of two staggered volumes, con- nected by a vertical circulation.
